Terms and Conditions of Business
 
In-Company Training
 
Course Booking - We will accept course bookings for in-company delivery from a nominated individual by telephone, email, letter or a completed “In-Company Course Booking Form”. The “In –Company Course Booking Form” should be downloaded from the Corporate Services page of this website and forwarded when booking by email or letter or immediately after booking has been made by telephone. It is important that this is completed in full, well in advance of the course due date to ensure that all the necessary administrative arrangements and the course planning is in place so that we are able to provide our clients with the very best service possible.
 
Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd will take no responsibility for any errors or issues relating to course booking or course delivery where the form is either, incomplete, inaccurate or not submitted.
 
Payment - Please note that payment is due within 30 days of completion of the course, either by cheque, BACS or in cash. Regrettably we are unable to accept payment by credit card at this time. Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at the standard bank base rate on all overdue accounts.
 
Course Cancellations, Substitutions & Transfers - Course cancellation may be made without penalty up to 30 working days prior to the due delivery date. After this date and up to 21 working days before the start of the course, cancellation will incur an administrative charge of £500.00. Cancellation between 20 and 15 working days prior to the start of the course will incur a charge of 85% of the full course fee. Cancellation within 14 working days or less of the due date will require payment in full.
 
Any costs incurred by Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd in respect of course registration, exam fees, production of course materials and charges for cancellation of accommodation will be charged at cost and will be the responsibility of the client irrespective of the date of cancellation.
 
Substitutions can be made up to and including the start of the course without penalty subject to any requirements, regulations or penalties attributable to the accreditation bodies. These should be confirmed with our staff prior to any request for substitution and Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd will accept no responsibility in this regard should you fail to notify us.
 
Public Courses
 
Course Booking - Places on courses are allocated on a strictly first-come-first-served basis and a firm reservation will only be made where the customer provides the following: (1) Completion and return of the public course booking form and (2) Either full payment of the course fee and/or return of the duly completed Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd “Acceptance of T&C Form” or (3) Provision of a purchase order number and/or return of the duly completed Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd “Acceptance of T&C Form”
 
Payment - Please note that payment by cheque (allow time for clearance), BACS or in cash must be made prior to the start of the course and Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd reserve the right to refuse admission to the course in the event that these conditions are not met. Regrettably we are unable to accept payment by credit card at this time.
 
Course Cancellations, Substitutions & Transfers - Course places may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 working days prior to the start of the course without penalty. After this date and up to 21 working days before the start of the course, cancellation will incur an administrative charge of £500.00. Cancellation between 20 and 15 working days prior to the start of the course will incur a charge of 95% of the full course fee plus associated administration charges. Cancellation of places on or after the course starts will require payment of the full course fee plus associated administration charges. Any costs incurred by Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd in respect of course registration, exam fees, production of course materials and charges for cancellation of accommodation will be charged at cost and will be the responsibility of the client irrespective of the date of cancellation.
 
Substitutions can be made up to and including the start of the course without penalty subject to any requirements, regulations or penalties attributable to the accreditation bodies. These should be confirmed with our staff prior to any request for substitution and Advanced Safety Solutions Ltd will accept no responsibility in this regard should you fail to do so. A delegate may make only one transfer to a later course subject to the payment of an administrative fee of £250.00 and full settlement of the course fee; any subsequent transfer request would require an additional payment of 50% of the full course fee.
