- About Managing Safely
The IOSH Managing Safely Certificate is one of the UK’s most widely held and respected health and safety awards. It is designed for managers and supervisors from any organisation - public or private sector - who need to manage health and safety in their teams.
- The qualification is comprised of 8 modules:
Study is comprised of 24 hours of tuition time from 9.30am to 4.30pm over 4 days, with the course assessed by way of a theory exam (multi-choice and short answer questions) and a safety inspection and associated short report to be completed at your place of work. You will take the inspection report proforma away at the end of the course and must complete and return it within 14 days.
- The Block Study Option
This is an intensive study method offering a rapid means of gaining your qualification in a structured environment under the guidance of expert tutors. Like all our face-to-face programmes there is plenty of opportunity to draw from the experience of fellow students and the IOSH syllabus knowledge and examination expertise of our tutors.
